Timing: 24 Hours Open

Air-conditioning Timing: 8 AM – 12 AM. Air conditioning is equipped with an automation system that intelligently switches throughout the day to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Access: Access only for Paid Members (Biometric Access)

Strict Silence must be maintained at all times.

Group Discussions: Strictly NOT allowed. Recurrent violations will result in cancellation of membership.

Sharing: Students are NOT allowed to share the room / permit any non-member to use the hostel room. Violations will result in cancellation of rooms without warning.

If any ‘hostel only’ student is found attending offline classes without permission will immediately lose their hostel room without warning.

Members cannot transfer / re-sell the hostel membership. Any such transfers will lead to cancellation of membership.

Even if you are a member, do not use other members’ rooms without their permission.

Anyone entering the private hostel without a membership will attract a fine.

Students must keep their rooms tidy & return the hostel properties in its original condition.

The room subscription term is fixed and cannot be cancelled / refunded before the subscription period ends.

A fully refundable caution deposit of ₹1,000 is applicable and will be returned at the end of the term, subject to no pending dues, damages, or facility rule violations. (This is not applicable if the student has already paid the Common Caution Deposit at Arise Kerala.)

Refer to the Latest 'Full Hostel Guidelines' available in the office for complete policies. The latest Guidelines will be applicable to members at all times.

Management reserves the rights to revise the guideline at any time in order to maintain a conducive learning environment in the hostel.
